It's a small world

Just met a guy downstairs who I know from back in Leeds. Getting the morning coffee in and there he was. Declan used to live in one of the rooms in Lucas Street just before we moved in, back in 2002. He's been here since September last year. It's a small old world. Beers have been arranged.
