Went to the Bondi Social last night for Sam's birthday. It's a funky little spot up on the first storey of a building overlooking the beach. There is a decent balcony that will be a winner in summer but not at this time of year. Beanie time.
Anyway, we were waiting for some more people to turn up when the power went out completely. Turns out the power failed in that one block and nowhere else in whole of Bondi, which I believe is what is known as Murphy's Law.
We drank our beers and left.
