Flatmates. Who'd have em?

The honeymoon period is definitely over as far as the flat goes. I think the chef has an obsessive compulsive disorder about cleanliness. Last Monday and Tuesday I had not one, but three notes shoved under my door. Their message? Not cleaning up properly after myself. Notes. Under the door. I've never experienced anything like it. And, given their general grip of the English language I reckon it must have taken an age to write the notes in the first place. That's even more worrying.

Now, I'm not a particularly messy person but she insists on having the place in mint condition all the time. Knew it was too good to be true.

Anyway, been to the top of the Sydney tower and had a look around. You can see my building in this picture taken from the observation deck. Darling Harbour is the main bit of water just behind.

Also went to the UBS art exhibition at the Art Gallery of NSW, saw the Western Bulldogs get stuffed by Sydney Swans in the AFL and Melbourne Storm getting stuffed by Manly at NRL. Not a good week for my adopted teams from Melbourne.

Getting quite into the NRL (Rugby League in the UK). Watched the State of Origin match during the week, which is the big grudge between the state teams of New South Wales and Queensland. It's a tough game - one of the players tore the ligament off the patella on his knee! That game was in Brisbane but the next one is in Sydney so I'm there for definite. Gerrum onside ref.
